The PUSD Staffweb server was the originally place online to host staff created and maintained web pages during the 2000-01 school year.
Today, PUSD utilizes Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server where each staff member has a personal space on the Portal called My Site, which allows each staff member to maintain a web presence as well as maintain public and private accessible files, calendars, announcement list etc... All of this is possible without any knowledge of HTML or HTML tools. For this reason, we recommend PUSD staff members who wish to have a web presence utilize the power of their My Site.
PUSD staff members are encouraged to learn more about their My Site by taking Introduction to My Site, (5 bank hours), and Intermediate My Site, (10 bank hours). Staff members who require a traditional web presence, PUSD offers Staffweb sites. These sites are hosted on a Microsoft server with FrontPage extensions. PUSD staff members may create and maintain their staff web site using Microsoft FrontPage or Microsoft Expression Web. PUSD does not offer support for other software applications or FTP access.
To locate a particular staff member’s Staffweb site, click on the appropriate school or site in the column to the left. The returning page will display the names of staff members along with their website's address. If the returning page does not show a list of staff members, there are no staff websites at that location. In the event the staff member teaches at more than one location, you will need to click on that staff member’s home site to find their web site.
